Interior Photographer in Venice

Colin Dutton is an English photographer that has lived in Italy for over 20 years. Specialised in high-end interior photography he works regularly in Venice photographing palaces, apartments and hotels.

Venice is a city that offers a number of challenges to successful interior photography: difficult lighting, dominant colours from neighbouring buildings, reflections from traditional venetian flooring, tight spaces and unusual layouts. However the results can be spectacular if the photographer is able to solve these challenges. Colin has years of experience photographing in Venice, from imposing palaces and 'piani nobili' on the Grand Canal to small boutique hotels and private apartments. He has also been commissioned to photograph inside some of the most important monuments of the city including Palazzo Ducale and the Basilica dei Frari.
