This series is a reference to the Japanese concept of sabi: an aesthetic appreciation for the signs of ageing and the cycles of life. In particular I was  inspired by the hand-painted early photography by the Japanese artist, Ogawa Kazumasa. 

The series was exhibited at Due Piani Gallery, Italy.

This is a signed, limited edition print on Hahnemühle Fine Art Cotton Rag paper using archival pigment ink.

All sizes are approximate and refer to the paper size. Images are printed with a white border and are signed and numbered on the front. They are delivered rolled in a protective tube together with a certificate of authenticity.
