The Nicelli airport on the Venice Lido is a beautiful monument to 1930's design. The work of architect Mario Emmer with paintings by the futurist artist Tato, it was restored some years ago to it's former glory (although the paintings are now replicas).
If only all airports looked like this.
To mark the 100th anniversary of the opening of the airport Prisma provided a cocktail station to be used for forthcoming events. They asked me to make some images of it in different spaces around the airport
